This year they worked with Fair Harbor, who’s products are made for men with a sustainable message, but in May 2022 the fast-growing apparel company decided to introduce its womenswear clothing line. As a seasonal product, they knew they had to expand to additional lines but also to maintain their quality and increase their awareness beyond the men’s swimwear category. They tapped Belardi Wong due to their deep expertise in direct mail marketing and knowledge of DTC brands to increase their awareness for both female and male shoppers.

The Fair Harbor May catalog went extremely well with over $3,000,000 in matched sales demand. Year over year, this was 33% better ROAS than May 2021 at double the circulation, and response rate actually increased 34% year over year. They added over 7,000 new customers and reactivated 15,806 past customers. Also, holding out roughly 170,000 of their best customers for the Women's Only mailing was highly incremental. Over 1,000 of their first-time purchasers made a second purchase as a result of the mailing, increasing the value of those customers. Between both mailings, there were over 900,000 people who received the two mailers.
